All of us have some type of Subscription.....

Cable Television, Internet Service Providers, Fitness Clubs, Cell Phone Companies, Car Breakdown Services etc.

The list is endless!

And today we are going to introduce to you our brand new Subscription -- Support Services by Subscription or SSbS for short.

At Digico, customer satisfaction is always the top priority and we make every effort to provide our clients with the best possible service ever – both pre-sales and after-sales.

We pride ourselves on providing excellent Customer Service. We're passionate about our products as well as our customers and it shows in the level of service that we deliver.

And we're always thinking about ways to further improve our outstanding Customer Service and the relationship with our customers.

For this reason, we came out with the idea of the Support Services by Subscription.

At this point, you might be asking: What is SSbS?

What is SSbS?

 

First things first.

SSbS is a Subscription intended for Home Users and not Businesses.

For Businesses, we have other types of 'Subscriptions' like the Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Now that we've got that out of the way, let us start explaining.

SSbS is a Subscription which you pay in advance and it will entitle you to a whole year or 2 (depending on the option you choose - more info further below) of Technical Support Services + additional benefits!

Technical Support Services include Repairs on PCs, Laptops, Printers, Monitors and other Hardware at our workshop, On-Site Service Calls and Remote Support assistance.

What does this mean?

It means that, instead of paying each time you collect the computer after being repaired or each time we call on-site at your premises, you pay just one fee each year and you will have a number of Repairs and On-Site Calls per year depending on the type of Subscription you choose.

Plus certain privileges, benefits and special discounts!

Isn't that convenient?

You don't need to worry if you don't have money in your wallet when you collect your computer – it's already been paid for via the Subscription!

What about peace of mind?

Isn't it reassuring that you know you can always depend on someone each time you encounter a problem?

And that your problem will be dealt with almost immediately, without delay?

Not only ... as you will see in a while, a Support Services Subscription will also offer you excellent value for money!

 

What Are We Proposing With SSbS?

 

Here's a real-life example for you.....

Nowadays, a typical household has between 1 and 3 computers – including PCs, Laptops, Tablets and other devices.

That's a minimum. Certain households have even more.

Our example will be based on 3 computers.

In today's world, computer problems are practically inevitable.

And this is mainly due to the alarming way by which Malware, Spyware, Ransomware and Viruses have increased.

Obviously, there are other problems like hardware failures, for example.

But the most common computer problems are without a doubt Malware, Viruses and Ransomware infections.

So, if you have 3 computers in your household, you will surely require some type of servicing at least twice a year for each computer.

Sometimes even more!

Let's do some math by using our Service Rates.

To Service or Repair a computer and for On-Site Calls we charge €25 including VAT. Of course, this rate doesn't include the cost of parts if certain hardware is faulty and must be replaced.

The only exception would be when client data must be backed up before repairing. In this case, the charge would be €35 including VAT.

However, we are going to perform our calculations on the basic rate of €25.

As you will see further below, the Subscriptions that we are offering also include repairs that require the backing up of data. That is, even more savings for you.

We'll get to that later.

Back to our example ... here's the math:

3 computers that require servicing or repairs 2 times in a year each, or we are asked to call on-site 6 times in a year.....

6 x €25 = €150.

And what are we proposing with our SSbS?

You can choose from the following options.

 

Option 1:

One Year SILVER Support Services by Subscription @ €100 including VAT

 

With this Subscription:

  • You will get a maximum of 5 Computer, Laptop, Printer and other Hardware Repairs (including repairs that involve data backups) and/or On-Site Calls per year (parts not included).
  • You can mix them up as you wish; for example, 3 x Computer Repairs and 2 x On-Site Calls.
  • You will get an unlimited (yes, you're reading correctly) number of Remote Support via TeamViewer or AnyDesk.
  • You will receive a 10% discount on parts that are required to repair your Computer, Laptop etc.
  • You will receive a 5% discount on any item purchased from us.
  • Diagnostics and Repairs on your Hardware will start within a maximum of 1 business day from its delivery to our workshop.
  • On-Site Call Appointments will take place within a maximum of 2 business days from your request.

 

Therefore, if you don't have a Subscription and you use our services at the standard rate of €25, 5 Repairs or On-Site Calls would cost you €125.

This means that, with our 1-Year SILVER SSbS, you will save €25 per year!

Plus, you will be entitled to discounts, an unlimited number of Remote Support assistance and other benefits.

Also, do you remember when we mentioned that, if data must be backed up before repairing, the standard charge is €35? ⤴️

Now, let us assume for a moment that 3 of your annual repairs include data backups due to PC / Laptop formats or other circumstances in which data must be backed up before repairing.

In this scenario, you are saving an additional €15 per repair!

How come?

Time for some mathematics again.....

3 x €35 = €105. With this Subscription, you're paying @ €20 per repair – including repairs that involve data backups!

That's not all!

Moving on to the next option.....

 

Option 2:

One Year GOLD Support Services by Subscription @ €200 including VAT

 

With this Subscription:

  • You will get a maximum of 10 Computer, Laptop, Printer and other Hardware Repairs (including repairs that involve data backups) and/or On-Site Calls per year (parts not included).
  • You can mix them up as you wish; for example, 4 x Computer Repairs and 6 x On-Site Calls.
  • You will get an unlimited (yes, you're reading correctly) number of Remote Support via TeamViewer or AnyDesk.
  • You will receive a 15% discount on parts that are required to repair your Computer, Laptop etc.
  • You will receive a 10% discount on any item purchased from us.
  • Diagnostics and Repairs on your Hardware will start on the same day, if delivered to our workshop by latest 6:00pm, or on the next business day maximum.
  • On-Site Call Appointments will be scheduled either for the same day that you make the request, if you call us before 11:00am, or for the next business day maximum.

 

By choosing this option, you will save €50 per year; apart from improved benefits and the additional savings in the case of repairs involving data backups, of course!

Without a Subscription and using our standard rate, 10 Repairs or On-Site Calls @ €25 would cost €250.

Option 3:

Two Year GOLD Support Services by Subscription @ €380 including VAT

 

With this Subscription:

  • You will get a maximum of 20 Computer, Laptop, Printer and other Hardware Repairs (including repairs that involve data backups) and/or On-Site Calls for 2 years (parts not included).
  • You can mix them up as you wish; for example, 8 x Computer Repairs, 10 x On-Site Calls and 2 x Printer Repairs.
  • You will get an unlimited (yes, you're still reading correctly) number of Remote Support via TeamViewer or AnyDesk.
  • You will receive a 20% discount on parts that are required to repair your Computer, Laptop etc.
  • You will receive a 15% discount on any item purchased from us.
  • Diagnostics and Repairs on your Hardware will start on the same day, if delivered to our workshop by latest 6:00pm, or on the next business day maximum.
  • On-Site Call Appointments will be scheduled either for the same day that you make the request, if you call us before 11:00am, or for the next business day maximum.

Terms and Conditions

 

Now it's time for some Terms and Conditions.....

  • Like all Subscriptions, the fee must be paid in advance.
  • Any parts that are required to repair PCs, Laptops and other Hardware are not included and must be paid separately.
  • The free and unlimited Remote Support assistance offered with each type of Subscription will stop as soon as the Subscription expires.
  • The discounts offered with each type of Subscription will no longer apply once the Subscription expires.
  • The Repairs' and On-Site Calls' priorities given with each type of Subscription will no longer apply upon expiration of the Subscription.*
  • If a Subscription expires and you still haven't used all the Repairs / On-Site Calls you're entitled to, the remaining 'balance' will be added to the next Subscription as soon as you renew it. For example, if your 1-Year SILVER SSbS has expired and you have utilised only 3 Repairs in a year, when you renew the following year, you will have 7 Repairs / On-Site Calls (5 + the 2 from the previous year).
  • No refunds will be given if you still haven't used all the Repairs / On-Site Calls you're entitled to when a Subscription expires (TIP: Renew your Subscription so that your remaining 'balance' will be added to the new Subscription 😉).

* Don't worry – our quality of service will always be outstanding and we will still do our utmost to provide you with the best possible service, as always. You will just have slightly less privileges than those with a Subscription.
